With a decade of regional and global experience across brand building, marketing excellence, and premium spirits, I specialise in shaping high‑impact brand strategies and embedding world‑class brand-building capabilities across diverse markets. I currently lead the Brand Academy for APAC at William Grant & Sons, driving a proprietary way of brand-building and empowering senior leaders in marketing, sales & commercial teams through content, capability programmes, and harmonised processes. Previously, I stewarded global growth for Glenfiddich and prior to that grew Diageo’s luxury Scotch portfolio, delivering innovation, retail excellence, and multimillion‑pound commercial results across key markets. Beyond industry roles, I am passionate about community-building - specifically seeding bilingualism in early learners & fostering intercultural communication. I enjoy mentoring on brand strategy, capability development, leadership, and navigating complex stakeholder ecosystems."
