From an international IT consultant to a mental wellbeing professional for the past 8+ years, I have walked alongside individuals and couples through some of life's biggest moments, from finding the right partner, to getting ready for marriage, to building a family together. My own life and career shift taught me that transitions can feel exciting yet uncertain. As a mentor, I can support you in navigating personal challenge, relationship and family transitions, balancing personal and work life, and building the relationship, communication and coping skills that make everyday challenges feel easier.
