"I'm Joshua, a Finance Transformation and Management Consulting professional with experience across consulting, digital transformation, finance, and public sector initiatives. Currently, I work as an Associate Consultant at KPMG Singapore, where I support organisations in designing and implementing strategic transformation programmes, operating model improvements, process optimisation, and digital enablement initiatives. Prior to this, I gained experience with Payments Network Malaysia (PayNet) and EY Malaysia, working on projects involving government digitalisation, business process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and strategic analysis. I hold a First Class Honours degree in Finance and am currently pursuing a Master's in Finance with a specialisation in FinTech. I enjoy mentoring students and young professionals who are exploring careers in consulting, finance, digital transformation, and project management. I can share practical insights on career planning, interview preparation, leadership development, transitioning from university to the workplace, and navigating opportunities in both Malaysia and Singapore."
