About me

"I'm JS. I studied bioengineering, then spent 18+ years in people and organisation development across defence, a government ministry, and banking. It wasn't a path I planned. I now drive organisation development, learning and employee communications for OCBC's Operations & Technology division. A lot of my work is working out what skills people will need next, so I spend my days close to what employers actually look for. I can help with career direction when your degree doesn't match the job you want, choosing between the public and private sectors, what AI actually changes about the career you're training for, preparing for interviews, and finding your feet in the first few years at a large organisation. If your question isn't on that list, ask anyway. I'm still studying part-time myself. I mentor because I had no one to ask these questions when I was starting out."
