"Chee Koon has over 20 years of experience in technology and telecommunications, having worked in senior roles across engineering, project management, and pre-sales. His career has taken him to more than 40 countries across 5 continents, giving him deep insights into diverse industries and work cultures. He is passionate about cutting-edge technology and digital transformation, with a strong track record in driving process and organizational improvements through technology. Since returning to Singapore, he has dedicated himself to contributing his global experience to the local landscape. He has served as a SkillsFuture Mentor (a SPRING Singapore initiative supporting SMEs with guidance and expertise) and, during the COVID-19 pandemic, as an SGUnited Trainer, helping displaced professionals upskill and regain their footing. Currently, he serves as a Volunteer Career Advisor (VCA), guiding Singapore jobseekers who feel uncertain about their career paths. Chee Koon’s coaching style is rooted in empathy. Having lived and worked in many countries and cultures, he understands the unique strengths of Singapore’s workforce and believes that sometimes all it takes is a helping hand to spark their potential.
