"I am Victor and I have about 20 years of working experience. I started off as an external auditor for close to 10 years (with two years spent in China) before working in a bank for close to 7 years. My current role is a regional role that requires frequent interactions with senior leaders across the region. I have also been a volunteer with a mental health charity organisation where I help to facilitate mental well-being circles with youths. I am also a certified life coach, helping individuals to navigate grief, strengthen mental wellness and personal development."
