About me

"I am Keng Hun, an Infocomm Technology leader with more than 20 years of experience in software engineering, quality engineering, and project management. After spending nearly a decade in the private sector, I joined GovTech in 2014 with a mission to modernise software engineering practices across the Singapore Government. Throughout my career, I have focused on transforming the software quality ecosystem by driving the adoption of test automation, continuous testing, and, more recently, AI-powered engineering solutions. My goal has always been to improve software quality and delivery efficiency while enabling engineering teams to focus on higher-value work such as innovation and product development. At GovTech, I led the development of an automated testing solution that evolved into a Whole-of-Government software development platform. Today, the platform supports thousands of developers across government agencies, providing integrated capabilities for software development, testing, security, and delivery, and enabling agencies to build and deliver digital services more efficiently."
