About me

"I am passionate about guiding youths as they explore and make informed decisions about their future pathways. With a background in accountancy, I draw on both my professional experience and real-world insights to help guide students through the many education and career options, while equipping them with the human-centred soft skills needed to adapt and thrive. I have worked closely with youths aged 13 to 16, mentoring them through various decision-making stages from subject combination to choosing an IHL suited to them. I guide them to reflect on their values, interests, and strengths, and to consider how they hope to contribute meaningfully in the future. I am able to break down options into clear, manageable choices so they can move forward with confidence. What gives me satisfaction is seeing students gain clarity and ownership over their decisions—not simply choosing a path because of their parents or peer pressure."
