"I'm Leonard, a career diplomat, and I have been with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs since August 2022. I am currently serving as Consul (Political) in our Consulate-General in Hong Kong. Apart from MFA, I am a Youth Leader @ Harmony Circles, and was President of hash.peace, a non-profit organisation dedicated to promoting sustainable social harmony in Singapore from 2021 to 2025. I have extensive experience in the social cohesion sector, having been in the space since 2017. I am also a trained Explorations-into-Ethnicity facilitator with OnePeople.sg, and have led and created multiple youth-for-youth activities in the sector. I can help mentees with understanding possible career paths in public policy, foreign policy, and research, and also help with leadership, management, and public speaking skills."
