"I’m Lerroy, an industrial researcher and solution developer with about 6 years of experience bridging semiconductor test engineering, equipment analytics, and artificial intelligence. My work focuses on developing engineering solutions for predictive analytics to drive digitalization and industry 5.0 in semiconductor smart manufacturing. Beyond daily work, I am keen on empowering youth, interns, and mentees in their communication skills and career advancement.
