About me

"I'm Brian and I have over a decade of experience across the Singapore public sector, spanning geospatial technology, municipal services, and data platform strategy. I have had the privilege of contributing to initiatives such as OneService and whole-of-government data infrastructure, working across product management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-agency collaboration. My career has not followed a straight line, and I think that is the point. What you study does not define where you end up, and that is something to embrace rather than fear. A career is a continuous journey of adaptation, shaped as much by curiosity and life priorities as by formal qualifications. I believe that professional fulfilment and personal happiness are not competing goals, they are a balance worth pursuing deliberately. I hope to help mentees think beyond conventional paths and find careers that are meaningful to them, on their own terms."
