"I am Dave with 16 years of diverse professional experience spanning both private and public sectors, I bring a unique perspective that can guide youths through their career exploration and personal development journey. My decade in the finance sector—covering insurance, commercial banking, and asset management—equipped me with strong operational expertise, project management skills, and the ability to navigate complex organisational structures whilst driving process improvements. Transitioning to public service with HTX, I've evolved from hands-on crime scene investigation to team leadership and specialised fingerprint identification, demonstrating adaptability and continuous learning. My eight years of voluntary service with the Singapore Police Force and recent involvement with TAC in career guidance reflect my genuine commitment to community service and youth development.
