"I’m Wei Jie, and I’ve spent the past several years working in leadership development, education, and youth engagement. Through my role in this field, I’ve had the privilege of training, mentoring, and developing young leaders, while also partnering with community organisations to create meaningful opportunities for youth to grow through service and volunteering. I’m passionate about helping individuals discover their strengths, build resilience, and find purpose in what they do. As a mentor, I’m happy to share insights on leadership, career development, public service, and navigating different pathways in education and the workforce. More importantly, I hope to encourage and empower others to grow with confidence, embrace challenges, and become the best version of themselves."
