Mohit Wadhawan

About me

"I am Mohit, a global supply chain leader with more than two decades of experience across planning, logistics, customer service, manufacturing, innovation, and supply network strategy. I have worked across India, Singapore, and the US, leading supply chain transformation in both emerging and developed markets and partnering with senior leaders to improve service, efficiency, and business performance. A large part of my career has involved building teams, developing people, and helping colleagues navigate new roles, broader responsibilities, and career transitions. I can support mentees who want to understand careers in supply chain, strengthen their planning and problem-solving skills, improve cross-functional communication, and build confidence in working with senior stakeholders. I am especially interested in helping people connect technical expertise with leadership, business impact, and long-term career growth."

I'm interested in Arts and Heritage, Economy and Finance, Education and Career, Family and Relationships, Social Cohesion, Sports and Physical Well-being and Urban Planning.

I've worked in Electronics and Food Manufacturing.
