"I am Anthony Mok and I have over 30 years of experience in the private and public sector. I have been worked in the space of learning and organisation development, leadership development, social work, and data analytics and data science. I have led both organisation-level work as well initiated section-level initiatives, which were innovative and transformative in nature. I have won both organisational and national recognitions for these efforts. I strongly believe that Mentees have all the answers. So, in a mentorship relationship, I work on helping Mentees 'think about their thinking' to increase their effectiveness of answering their questions they have about themselves."
