"I’m Afzal, and my work has largely centred on people, learning, and development. Over the years, I’ve been involved in education-related projects, stakeholder engagement, programme coordination, and facilitation work, including speaking to large student audiences on topics such as leadership, relationships, and community. I enjoy helping people make sense of their next steps, especially when they feel uncertain about what direction to take. I can support mentees in exploring career paths related to education, engagement, and people-focused roles, while also helping them build confidence in communication, facilitation, and working with others effectively. I value keeping these conversations thoughtful but light, so mentees can feel supported, guided, and at ease as they figure things out."
