"I’m Hafiz, Founder and Academy Head of Voxpop Academy, where I lead curriculum design, teaching, and strategic development to make language learning practical, confidence-building, and community-driven. With 7 years of experience as a former MOE teacher and extensive work with international and local learners, I specialise in conversational language pedagogy and learner engagement. Beyond education, I am also a part-time fitness instructor, integrating physical wellbeing into my approach to personal development. I bring experience in leadership, programme development, and mentoring through my work in community organisations, where I guide youth in their growth journeys. I can support mentees in exploring careers in education, building confidence in communication, developing programmes, and finding meaningful, sustainable pathways that align with both personal purpose and wellbeing."
