About me

"I have over nine years of experience with the Central Narcotics Bureau, working across enforcement, investigations and operations. I currently serve as a Deputy Commanding Officer, where I lead teams on enforcement operations, oversee investigations and ensure operational readiness. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to move across frontline roles, investigations and policy planning, as well as supervisory appointments. This has given me a well-rounded and grounded perspective of both the operational and strategic aspects of the work. I have developed capabilities in intelligence-led operations, team leadership and managing high-risk and time-sensitive situations. Beyond my operational work, I am passionate about mentoring youths and supporting others in their career and leadership development. I am able to share insights on careers in enforcement and help others build resilience, discipline and the mindset needed to thrive in demanding but meaningful roles."
