"I’m Dennis, and I am a public policy professional with over 15 years of experience across Singapore’s public sector, spanning innovation, research and development, cybersecurity, defence and professional services strategy. I have worked on policy development, strategic partnerships and international engagement initiatives across economic and technology domains. I also worked at the Civil Service College, where I planned and delivered leadership programmes for senior public officers. Currently pursuing a Master’s in International Political Economy at RSIS, I am interested in emerging policy challenges and regional development. I enjoy mentoring youths exploring careers in public service, technology, strategy and international affairs, and sharing practical insights on navigating complex organisations and career decisions."
