About me

"Drawing on over 20 years of experience in leadership development, coaching, and facilitation within the Ministry of Defence, I bring both professional depth and a very practical understanding of how young people think, feel, and navigate uncertainty. Much of my work has involved engaging young leaders in their late teens and twenties, so I am comfortable meeting youths where they are, whether they are figuring out their next step, questioning their direction, or simply trying to make sense of adulting. I am an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with about 150 coaching hours, and am on a clear pathway towards the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential. This ensures my mentoring is grounded in proven coaching principles, not motivational slogans. At heart, I enjoy creating a safe, honest space for reflection, where thoughtful questions, realistic perspectives, and the occasional light humour help youths build confidence, resilience, and clarity as they grow."
