About me

"I'm Kay Tick, and I have spent close to 30 years working in the technology industry, starting my career as a software engineer and later moving into roles across project management, solution consulting, sales and regional business development. Along the way, I have worked with multinational companies, local organisations and institutes of higher learning, with exposure to different markets and cultures across Asia. I enjoy sharing what I have learned from my own career journey, especially with young people who are exploring what they want to do next. My areas of interest include Business and Enterprise, Family and Relationships, Education and Career, and Digital and Technology. As a mentor, I hope to offer practical perspectives, ask useful questions and help mentees better understand their options, strengths and interests. I am also a strong believer in lifelong learning and have completed the Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP)."
