About me

"I'm a Senior Professional with a career spanning nearly three decades across aerospace, aviation, energy, power generation, and refinery and chemical processing. I began in engineering and technical maintenance operations in 1997, spending 17 years on the operational side of some of the most complex and safety-critical industries before transitioning into L&D and talent management. That engineering foundation shapes everything I do. I approach people development the way I once approached technical problems: diagnose the root cause, build a reliable framework, and make sure it holds under real conditions. Over the past 13 years, I've worked across talent strategy, learning governance, enterprise policy, scholarship programmes, and structured career progression frameworks, and today operate at a sector-wide level shaping long-term workforce capability standards with government agencies and industry stakeholders.
