Noon

Head of HR, Tribe

About me

"I'm Noon, Head of People & Chief of Staff at a Singapore-based tech & innovation platform. In this role, I partner with the CEO on strategy and operations, lead People Operations, and recently drove company-wide AI adoption and transformation initiatives. Before this, I spent some time in regional HR leadership at global marketing and PR agency networks, partnering with business leaders across APAC on talent strategy, compensation, performance management, and talent management. As a mentor, I can help mentees navigate the transition from student to working adult, guide them through possible career paths, and help them understand their strengths and weaknesses to better identify the right direction for themselves. Beyond career, I can also support mentees in navigating the balance between personal life, family, and work - helping them build the judgment to make decisions that serve both their professional growth and personal wellbeing."

I'm interested in Digital and Technology, Economy and Finance, Education and Career, Family and Relationships and Mental Well-being.

I've worked in Human Resource.
