"My name is Patrick and I am currently a student care manager dedicated to walking alongside young people as they navigate life’s pressures, transitions, and mental health challenges. Drawing from a diverse journey across technology leadership and mental health care, I combine practical problem-solving with a warm, empathetic, and person-centered approach. My focus is on creating a safe, inclusive, and non- judgmental space where youths feel truly seen and heard. Whether helping them build self-care strategies, process academic anxiety, or discover their unique strengths as they navigate their career paths, my goal as a mentor is to support young adults in building emotional resilience, self- acceptance, and confidence at their own pace."
