"I'm the Co-founder and Community Development & Impact Director at Make The Change, a Singapore social enterprise that empowers people to become changemakers through technology, creativity, and social innovation. Over the past decade, I've worked with schools, universities, government agencies, non-profits, and corporate partners to design programmes that help young people, educators, persons with disabilities, and community organisations build future-ready skills. My work sits at the intersection of AI, digital creativity, education, and social impact. I believe technology should be accessible to everyone and used as a tool to solve real community challenges. As an Apple Professional Learning Specialist, I enjoy helping people turn ideas into action through design thinking, storytelling, content creation, and innovation. I'm passionate about supporting people who want to create meaningful careers, launch social impact initiatives, grow as leaders, or explore how emerging technologies like AI can be used responsibly to make a positive difference."
