Perdana Putra Pan

Year Head, Ministry of Education

About me

"I’m Perdana, a secondary school educator and middle leader with over a decade of experience in education, focusing on teaching, student development and educational leadership. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with students across diverse academic and developmental profiles, as well as teachers, families, and school leaders, to design and strengthen programmes that support young people’s learning, wellbeing and leadership development. I’ve also contributed to curriculum development at the national level and led school-wide initiatives in student agency and inclusive education. I can help mentees navigate educational and career pathways, develop their communication and leadership skills, and reflect more intentionally on their strengths, aspirations and next steps. I’m particularly interested in mentoring young people as they build confidence, agency, and a clearer sense of purpose."

I'm interested in Education and Career, Family and Relationships, Green Environment, Mental Well-being and Social Cohesion.

I've worked in Education.
