About me

"I’m Ran, an HR professional with close to 10 years of experience across HR business partnering and full-spectrum HR, primarily in the technology and start-up environment. I joined my previous company as its first dedicated HR hire, built the HR function from the ground up, and later led a small HR team while partnering with senior leaders on talent, performance, workforce planning, career development and organizational change. I’m particularly passionate about helping people better understand their strengths, interests and career direction. As a mentor, I hope to share practical perspectives on career exploration, navigating the workplace, developing professional skills, preparing for job searches and interviews, and making thoughtful career decisions based on both personal aspirations and real-world experience."
