Saloni

About me

"Hi! I'm Saloni — I bring a unique blend of business rigour and passion for youth development, with 30+ years across industries and geographies in Singapore, India and the UK. I mentored many through my career especially in the executive search roles, and now focus on education counselling — helping students navigate pivotal decisions with clarity and confidence. Equipped with a Master's in Finance from Delhi University and a Six Sigma Black Belt, and diverse experiences; I've applied a "Critical to Quality" mindset and a growth oriented approach throughout my career across corporate finance, banking, operations, and executive search & now Education counselling. I want to do my part to enable the next generation to be purpose-driven, socially and environmentally conscious. PS also I volunteer with YMCA for “Youth For Causes”, mentoring groups of high schoolers on projects with social and environmental impact — nurturing purpose-driven leaders for tomorrow."

I'm interested in Education and Career, Green Environment and Volunteer and Philanthropy .

I've worked in Healthcare and Training and Adult Education.
