About me

"I’m Shah, and I have over a decade of experience in strategic communications, public diplomacy, and stakeholder engagement across the public, private, and people sectors. I currently work in the Singapore Judiciary’s International Relations function, supporting engagements across ASEAN, South Asia, Africa, and Europe. Previously, I spent over eight years at the Singapore International Foundation, where I led regional media engagement and built networks of journalists, partners, and advocates across multiple countries. I also developed initiatives such as the Impact Media Fellowship, bringing together media and digital voices to tell meaningful stories from the region. I help people build influence, navigate complex organisations, and move their careers forward with intent. I’m keen to support mentees exploring careers in communications, public service, or international work, and those looking for greater clarity and confidence in their next steps."
