Shamala

About me

"Shamala holds a master’s in Clinical Forensic Psychology from King’s College London. She is also an Associate Lecturer with the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS), teaching the module on ‘Working with Special Offender Populations’ as part of the Master of Psychology (Forensic Psychology) course. She is currently Deputy Director (Employee Experience), Public Service Transformation, at the Public Service Division (PSD). Prior to PSD, she was Senior Assistant Director/ Lead Psychologist with the Home Team Psychology Division (HTPD) at the Ministry of Home Affairs. She headed a team of psychologists and collaborated with multiple stakeholders, including youths and community partners, to develop and implement tools for prevention against youth sexual offending."

I'm interested in Arts and Heritage, Education and Career, Family and Relationships, Mental Well-being, Social Cohesion and Sports and Physical Well-being.

I've worked in Public Service.
