"I am Shandel, a Fractional People & Culture Leader and Coach. I focused on helping professionals, leaders, and growing organisations navigate growth, transition, and change with greater clarity, confidence, and direction. Drawing on experience across both business leadership and global HR leadership, I coach individuals through career, leadership, and life transitions while partnering with founders and SME leaders to build leadership, people, and organisational capabilities that support sustainable growth. Previously, I served as Managing Director at Bühler Malaysia and as a Global HR Business Partner based in Switzerland, where I led transformation initiatives across a 12,000-employee organisation operating in 140 countries. I have also led regional HR scaling, talent, and organisational development initiatives across APAC at Bühler and Roche Diagnostics."
