"My career journey has accorded me valuable insights into the challenges across the entire workforce landscape, fuelling my motivation to guide others navigate and overcome barriers and bias. Today, as Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Global Project Management at a broadcast engineering MNC, I am particularly astute when it comes to brand growth, market intelligence and evolving organisational needs. Beyond my professional capacity, I lend a hand in fostering growth and illuminating the true self-worth of others. I volunteer as a career advisor for youth academic, career and leadership initiatives. Additionally, I sit on the advisory board of a mentoring programme for women in the media technology sector within APAC and actively participate in mentoring and speaking engagements. I enjoy inspiring a strive-and-thrive rhythm to realize potential and explore meaningful opportunities that resonate with set goals.
