"Shubaashini Vijayamohan is a Principal Consultant at Sequoia Group with over a decade of experience designing transformational conversations and participatory engagements across the public, people, and private sectors. She is passionate about connecting people and restoring our collective capacity to listen, heal, and co-create futures where people, planet, and purpose thrive through inclusive approaches and systems thinking. Shubaashini believes regeneration is about empowering individuals and communities with the agency to shape meaningful change together. She has led national-level engagements such as Citizens’ Panels and open innovation platforms, and is known for her sensitive facilitation with vulnerable communities. A committed community leader, she volunteers actively in child protection and youth empowerment. She has worked for 5 years in the public service; another 5 as a consultant at design thinking consultancy and now the past 1.5 years at a leadership and od consultancy"
