About me

"I am Yu Ting, a Learning & Development professional with over 4 years of experience designing and delivering leadership programmes within the public sector. My work sits at the intersection of learning design and stakeholder engagement, where I focus on creating development experiences that are both practical and impactful. Driven by a commitment to tangible social impact, I have spent over four years leading community initiatives for youths and migrant workers - from supporting out-of-school youths in their educational journeys to championing volunteer welfare. I am passionate about creating lasting change within sustainable systems and helping others align their growth with a deeper purpose. If you’re exploring your future, or how to create social impact (without burning out), I’m happy to journey with you. We can bounce ideas to find ways to align your passions with both your work and the communities you care about."

I'm interested in Education and Career, Family and Relationships, Mental Well-being, Social Cohesion and Volunteer and Philanthropy .

I've worked in Public Service, Social Service and Training and Adult Education.
