"I’m Kim, and I have over a decade of experience in operations, guest experience, and team leadership at Mandai Wildlife Group. In my current role as a Team Lead for Tours & Experiences, I oversee the development and and end-to-end delivery of premium wildlife programmes, including glamping experiences, while working closely with cross-functional teams to create meaningful and memorable guest journeys. Alongside my professional work, I have a strong interest in coaching and learning, and I am trained in coaching approaches such as Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP). I am passionate about supporting individuals in personal growth, gaining clarity, building confidence, and navigating their personal and career journeys. I enjoy creating safe, open spaces for reflection and discovery, particularly for youths exploring their next steps."
