"I'm Joy, a certified Life Coach passionate about helping young people craft coherent career stories from diverse experiences. Currently a public sector finance Ops-Tech professional with the Accountant-General's Department under the Ministry of Finance, I manage the whole-of-government finance analytics platform, together with the Finance Data & Analytics team, to serve public sector finance and internal audit officers. My career spans management accounting, government auditing, data analytics, project management, product management, and AI applications. With career coaching and counselling training, I help young people discover how to leverage their existing skills in new contexts and build confidence in their professional journey.
