"Heya everyone! This is Patrick, a teacher of 26 years, living out my lifelong aspiration to mentor and guide those whose paths I am privileged to cross and connect with! As one who experienced 2 seasons of mental health struggles, I am passionate to journey with youths and peers who are experiencing challenges or keen to serve in the mental health space. So much of lifelong learning and growth can only take place when one’s sense of being and purpose is supported meaningfully and manageably.
