"I'm Chin Hiong, a tech lead at GovTech Singapore with over 15 years of experience in software engineering, AI and digital transformation. My background spans building robust, performant systems, leading technical teams, and applying research-led thinking to real-world public sector and business challenges. I hold a PhD from the National University of Singapore, with publications in computational intelligence, game AI, neural networks and robotics. As a mentor, I can share practical insights on software architecture, technical leadership, AI applications, digital transformation, research-to-production translation, and communicating complex technical ideas clearly. I enjoy helping mentees grow both their engineering craft and their confidence in navigating meaningful tech careers."
