About me

"I’m a Chartered Marine Engineer with over 15 years of experience in the Republic of Singapore Navy, spanning fleet engineering, refit management, and naval platform acquisition. Throughout my career, I’ve worked across the full lifecycle of naval assets — from contributing to the initial design of the Multi-Role Combat Vessel to standing up in-service support for Singapore’s first Unmanned Surface Vessel, and previously running a S$10M annual ship repair portfolio delivered 100% on time. I currently manage boat handling and RHIB service relationships with Palfinger and Zodiac, along with propulsion MRO partnerships with Rolls-Royce, MAN Engines, and Wärtsilä. I can help mentees with understanding career pathways in marine and naval engineering, navigating defence and maritime industries, and developing skills in platform acquisition, vendor management, and engineering project delivery."
