Caris

Head of Project Management, Singapore Land Authority

About me

"Caris Teng is an Associate Executive Coach and Career Coach who works with individuals navigating transitions, uncertainty, and the quiet pressure of figuring out who they are and where they're headed. With 20 years of real-world experience in the Built Environment and a background in counselling and career development, Caris brings both structure and warmth to her conversations. She believes that awareness comes before action — that when you truly understand yourself, the next steps become clearer without needing to be forced. As a mentor with Mentoring SG, Caris creates a steady, judgement-free space where young people can slow down, ask honest questions, and build confidence in their own direction — at their own pace."

I'm interested in Education and Career, Family and Relationships, Green Environment and Mental Well-being.
