"Tishya is a passionate IT Planning Analyst and Project Manager with over 11 years of experience driving digital transformation projects across Singapore Government agencies and multinational organizations. She has contributed to major Whole-of-Government (WOG) initiatives across multiple ministries and state boards supporting systems in HR, payroll, finance, procurement, and healthcare. With strong expertise in Agile delivery, SAP solutions, cloud technologies, and stakeholder management, she is known for bringing people, processes, and technology together to deliver meaningful and user-friendly solutions. Her strength lies not only in managing projects successfully, but also in building strong relationships, supporting teams, and creating positive change through collaboration and innovation. Beyond technology, Tishya believes in continuous learning and personal growth. She has completed certifications in Public Policy with AI, leadership, mental wellness coaching, nutrition and wellness, cybersecurity, healthcare IT, and project management. Programs such as the NUS Future Leaders Programme and IHRP-CP certification have further strengthened her leadership and people management capabilities. Her unique blend of technical expertise, policy understanding, leadership learning, and wellness-focused education allows her to bring a balanced and human-cantered approach to every project she leads."
