About me

"I work at the intersection of public-sector strategy, digital transformation and technology leadership, with experience across GovTech and the Singapore Tourism Board. In my current role, I lead strategy and planning work for Government Digital Transformation, helping shape priorities, operating models and delivery approaches for large-scale government technology initiatives. My earlier experience includes technology leadership in tourism, covering digital strategy, product delivery, innovation partnerships, data and AI, cybersecurity and enterprise technology operations. Across these roles, I have worked closely with policy, business, operations and engineering teams to turn broad transformation goals into practical plans and measurable outcomes. I can support mentees who are exploring careers in public service, digital government, strategy, product management or technology leadership, and share practical perspectives on stakeholder management, career transitions, working with ambiguity and building influence without always having formal authority."
