About me

"I am Shane and I have over 6 years in HR consulting and I spent the last 12 years on my social entrepreneurship journey focusing on research, education, people and career development and wellbeing. I am on a mission to create a social circular economy to enable the 3 UN SDG goals of reducing inequality, enabling good health and wellbeing and creating decent jobs and economic growth in society. What drives me is my love for experimentation, designing experiences and connecting people and ideas to enable greater impact and a more cohesive society. Over the last 10 years, I have worked with 1000s of people in community, government, MNCs and SMEs to enable them to self-discover and achieve their goals. I can help mentees to discover more about themselves, figure out direction and develop communication skills."
