"I am Francis and I have over 15 years of experience across engineering, sport technology, digital transformation, and applied analytics. Throughout my career, I have worked on developing practical technology solutions that improve workflows, support decision-making, and enhance operational productivity. My current work focuses on digitalisation and digitisation transformation, including building machine learning and computer vision models, developing workflow applications, deploying solutions on on-prem and cloud server infrastructure, and supporting DevOps and MLOps practices. I also help develop governance guardrails and workflows to ensure technology solutions are secure, scalable, and sustainable. With experience spanning engineering leadership, systems development, and enterprise business analytics, I can support mentees who are interested in technology transformation, applied AI, data-driven problem solving, and building practical solutions that create real organisational value."
