"Hey there! I'm Samuel, a Civil Servant in regulatory governance and enforcement. I was a freelance music educator, led operations, enforced procedural standards, and conducted training during the COVID-19 pandemic, and eventually traded entrepreneurship for Public Service – these experiences have taught me to distil underlying principles from varied contexts and apply them with sound judgement to advance what matters.
