"I’m Zhixuan, a Senior Software Engineer at GovTech with 8 years of experience across public service and technology consulting. I spent 5 years working in public service technology, and 3 years in technology consulting, where I worked with multiple MNCs on large-scale transformation and delivery projects. In my current role, I work on healthcare technology products, focusing on architectural design, system design, technical solutioning, and engineering delivery. I also work on AI development and engineering, and actively explore frontier technologies through both professional work and personal projects. Beyond AI, I also have certification and experience in blockchain. I can help mentees understand software engineering career paths, system design, consulting-to-public-service transitions, AI engineering, and how emerging technologies can be applied meaningfully in public-sector digital services."
