Overview
Learning support executives are administrators who handle routine learning activity tasks and support department heads.
Description
- Coordinate logistics and resources such as facility booking, and preparing educational materials.
- Gather and analyse data to produce student reports on learning progress and outcomes.
- Work with stakeholders to solve management issues and update on project progress.
- Prepare documents to select vendors, track progress, and evaluate efficiency.
- Develop marketing plans and liaise with vendors to create effective marketing campaigns.
Entry requirements
- You'll need a Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a Business-related discipline.
- Sign up for programmes that develop collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills. Bootstrap's 'Support Team' programme is one example.
