Entry requirements

  • You'll need at least a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate or similar field to get started.
  • You must obtain a licence from Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers or Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore, which requires at least two years of experience working as a real estate agent.
