Some decisions are big: jobs, moves, relationships. Some are small: which café, which reply, which of the 17 group chats to answer first. And somehow, both kinds can keep us up at night.

Then there's saying no. To the extra project. To the fourth weekend plan in a row. To the favour you really, really don't have time for. Easy in theory. Terrifying in practice.

This session is a practical, judgement-free look at how to make decisions with less agony, and how to say no without guilt, drama or burning bridges.

What you'll walk away with

• Simple ways to make decisions when you're stuck or overwhelmed
• Language for saying no kindly and clearly
• Practice in small groups, with real scenarios
• The permission you didn't know you needed

You're allowed to say no to things. (Not this session, though. Come to this one.)
