"I work in the public sector in a role that involves problem-solving, critical thinking, and making decisions in complex situations. Through my work, I’ve learned how to stay calm under pressure, analyse information carefully, and work with people from different backgrounds. I’ve also been involved in projects exploring how technology can improve the way teams work. Before this, I worked in social services and research, supporting youths and families. That experience sparked my passion for mentorship. I enjoy guiding young people through career choices, building confidence, and navigating uncertainty with greater clarity and direction."
